On Monday, December 13, 2010, the American Arbitration Association (AAA) counted the mailed ballots returned for the College Assistants Local 2054 Officers, Executive Board and Delegate election. The following are the winners of the election and the new officers of Local 2054: On October 20, Local 2054 members unanimously approved bold new constitutional amendments that reforms the operations of the local union by empowering members through mail ballot elections of officers/executive board and ensuring fiscal integrity. As a DC37, Local 2054 member you are eligible for a FREE $10,000/$20,000 Accidental Death and Dismemberment insurance policy through AFSCME, AFL-CIO. |
